Sam Watherston is a dynamic Chef with diverse experience both front of house and in the kitchen. Sam has a certificate of excellence and diploma in Hotel and Catering Management. He has front of house experience at The Gleneagles Hotel and as a Chef has worked at Monty's restaurant with Jamie Oliver, as head Chef on the super yacht 'Cinderella 2', and within corporate fine dining for city firms Fidelity and Hawk Point Partners and many prestigious private clients. Sam teaches cookery to troubled kids, and set up his business 'Cooking lessons at Home' in 2004. Sam has recently started working in television using his culinary skills in front of a wider audience.
