Cook House corporate team building events are designed to facilitate team working, members being allocated to the preparation of different courses. Our experiential team building programmes use cooking and cuisine to assess and build team skills and characteristics in a challenging but supportive and enjoyable environment.

Prior to an event, customers select from a list of challenge formats and prepared menus and suggested wines. On arrival the customers are offered a drink and briefed by the chef who will demonstrate the preparation of the different courses. The group will be divided into course teams, given their ingredients and then monitored as they prepare each course.
Once each course has been prepared the group will sit down at the main dining table and be served selected wines, soft drinks and the food by the chef and kitchen assistant.

At the end of the evening each member of the team is presented with a certificate and recipe cards relating to the meal they prepared.
